Mumbai-Visakhapatnam Superfast Express to run with LHB coaches

 Railways have decided to replace conventional rake of LTT- Visakhapatnam Superfast Express with LHB coaches.  

Train No.22847 from Visakhapatnam will run with LHB coaches with effect from 9.10.2022  

Train No.22848 from Lokmanya Tilak Terminus will run with LHB coaches with effect from 11.10.2022.

 

Revised composition:  One AC-2 Tier, 4 AC-3 Tier, 8 Sleeper Class, 4 General Second Class including o­ne Guard's Brake Van and o­ne Generator Van.

Waiting list passengers are requested to check the status of their PNR status before boarding the train.

These special trains will stop at Nalgonda, Miryalaguda, Nadikude, Guntur, Vijayawada, Tadepalligudem, Rajahmundry, Samalkot, Duvvada, Visakhapatnam, Vizianagaram, Khurda Rd, Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, Bhadrak, Balasore and Kharagpur stations in both the directions.

 

 

2.Train No. 07741/07742 Secunderabad – Shalimar - Secunderabad: (02 services)

 

These special trains will stop at Kazipet, Warangal, Rayanapdu, Eluru, Rajahmundry, Duvvada, Visakhapatnam, Vizianagaram, Palasa, Sompeta, Berhampur, Khurda Rd, Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, Bhadrak, Balasore, Kharagpur and Santragachi stations in both directions.

 

3.Train No. 07431/07432 Nanded – Berhampur - Nanded: (04 services)

 

These special trains will stop at Mudkhed, Dharmabad, Basar, Nizamabad, Medchal, Secunderabad, Kazipet, Warangal, Mahbubabad, Khammam, Rayanapadu, Eluru, Rajahmundry, Samalkot, Annavaram, Anakapalli, Duvvada, Kottavalasa, Vizianagaram, Srikakulam Rd and Palasa stations in both directions.

 

4.Train No. 06192/06191 Trivandrum – Tatanagar - Trivandrum: (04 services)

 

These special trains will stop at Kollam, Kayankulam, Alapuzha, Ernakulam, Aluva, Thrisur, Palakkad, Podhanur,, Tiruppur, Erode, Salem, Jolarpettai, Katpadi, Arakkonam, Perambur, Gudur, Nellore, Kavali, o­ngole, Chirala, Bapatla, Tenali, Vijayawada, Gudivada, Kaikaluru, Bhimavaram Town, Tanuku, Nidadavolu, Rajahmundry, Samalkot, Tuni, Anakapalle, Duvvada, Vizianagaram, Bobbili, Parvatipuram, Rayagada, Muniguda, Kesinga, Titlagarh, Balangir, Bargarh Rd, Sambalpur, Jharsuguda, Raj Gangpur, Rourkela, Jaraikela, Goikera, Chakardharpur and Sini stations in both directions.

 

The above special trains will consist of 2AC, 3AC, Sleeper and General Second Class Coaches.

Salient Features of New Time Table with effect from 01st October - 2022

 The new Public Time Table of South Central Railway will come into effect from 1^st October, 2022. The salient features of new Public Time Table includes information pertaining to introduction of new train, Conversion of Mail/ Express trains to Superfast express and Passenger to Express trains, diversion of trains, Speeding up of trains, change in Terminals over South Central Railway.

Passengers may kindly note that the change in the train timings will take effect from 1^st October 2022. As such, passengers travelling from 1^st October 2022 are advised to check actual train timings before the commencement of their journey. The information pertaining to the trains and changes in the timings at the related stations can be availed either visiting the IRCTC website (www.irctc.co.in), National Train Enquiry System (NTES) or by approaching the station manager/enquiry counter of concerned railway stations.
